Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our return policy carefully:
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, opened herbal products, teas, tinctures, and personal care items cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit), contact us and we will resolve it.
- To start a return, email iamhealingnature@gmail.com or call (516) 582-1181 with your order number.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
